We are so excited to invite you to a time of rest, encouragement, laughter, worship, and meaningful connection. In the midst of life's busyness and uncertainties, this retreat is an opportunity to step away, be refreshed, and spend intentional time with God and one another.
Our theme this year is “Anchored in Christ” - inspired by Hebrews 6:19: “We have this as a sure and steadfast anchor of the soul, a hope that enters into the inner place behind the curtain.”
Throughout these days, we'll discover together what it means to have an anchor for our souls and reflect on the hope we have in Christ, who remains faithful through every season of life.

Our Story:
The European Ladies’ Retreat (ELR) is an encouraging, four-day Christian conference and retreat for women from around the world who speak English. It provides a welcoming and peaceful space to enjoy fellowship, strengthen relationships, deepen personal faith, and learn from God’s Word together in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere. ELR is lovingly organized and staffed by dedicated women from Churches of Christ across Europe.
ELR began as a simple but vital idea: women scattered across Europe needed a place to connect, be refreshed in their faith, and encourage one another. Travel, families, work and small congregations can leave Christian women isolated. The retreat was created to counter that isolation — to gather women into a safe, encouraging community where faith, friendship and rest are renewed.
That founding purpose still shapes everything we do. Whatever season of life you are in -student, young mother, career woman, single, newly retired or long-experienced in faith — the weekend offers space to:
